How do I pay?
Many artworks can be purchased directly online, via card or by using Paypal. We also offer payment by invoice on request or for any artworks which cannot be directly added to cart. Once the availability of your artwork/s have been confirmed, we will email you an invoice with a delivery cost (if required) with details for direct debit. Alternatively you can call Art to Art to pay over the phone with your VISA, AMEX or Mastercard. International customers will be supplied with an invoice with international bank transfer details or credit card payment can be made over the phone. Does the price include delivery?
For customers within Australia, shipping is calculated at checkout and is additional to the artwork price. For international customers, our checkout will not return the correct shipping price, and we will need to provide a custom quote. We want your new artwork to arrive safely so we use professional and experienced art handlers and couriers. For any works that cannot be purchased directly online, simply contact us to supply your address and mobile details and we can supply an accurate cost to you within 24 hours. When can I expect delivery?
Usually, from the day you order and payment has been received, you can expect to be showing off your new artwork in around 7 - 21 business days, depending on your location. We aim to get artworks packed and dispatched 1-3 business days from purchase. See our Delivery Terms for more info.
Will the artwork look the same as online – will the colours be the same?
We work hard to make sure we represent the artworks as accurately as possible on our website, however some colours and details cannot be perfectly captured by photo. Variations in the way colour is processed by your computer monitor may also affect the accuracy of our images. Mostly you will be pleasantly surprised as the richness in oils and acrylics will be more intense and vibrant. How can you tell if an Aboriginal artwork is real?
If you are unable to determine the Aboriginal artist and year the art was produced, those are major red flags to look out for. However, fake Aboriginal art is sold everywhere around the world, making it harder for genuine buyers to distinguish between real and fake.
