Jenny’s work revels in the organic form and complex colours found in nature. She combines her curiosity and love of gardening in her work, growing much of what she paints. She plans each composition to reveal intimate details of the bloom: in the same way that a portrait painter attempts to reveal the character of the person.

Her process involves multiple layers of colour and glazing to achieve a vibrant finish. The result is an immersive experience celebrating the beauty of nature. Her work is sought after by collectors within Australia and internationally. Her paintings have been featured in Home Beautiful and commissioned by Bec and George Douros (ex Block) for their Nick’s Place renovation. Jenny created a collection for Floriade, Canberra to celebrate their 30th anniversary.

Her paintings have been interpreted as luxury wallpapers in Europe by Milan based designers, Bloss Company, as well as Italy based designers Absoluta Collection. Jenny paints full time from her studio in Mt Colah – a bushy suburb north of Sydney. Her work appears in galleries and exhibitions both locally and interstate. Jenny accepts commissions year round.
