She explores colour themed patchworks that are seemingly a mixture of structure and uncertainty. Lena’s inspiration comes from feelings experienced in colours and the day to day of being a full time mum to young children. Lena's art was shortlisted in art to art emerging artist prize 2022 and also featured in the Australian Art Edit Interior magazine.
