Sparking Curiosity

Our first exhibition of the year, titled 'Open Minds' was all about open-mindedness, considering possibilities and encouraging conversations. We celebrated starting the year with receptiveness to new ideas, and a willingness to explore various artistic expressions, styles and perspectives that you might not have thought about before.

This exhibition featured 5 brand new artists as well as all new works from our incredible established artists.

The 2024 Unearthed Art Prize

Held concurrently with our first exhibition of the year was our Annual Unearthed Art Prize, and visitors to the exhibition had the chance to get up close and personal with the 26 finalists pieces for this year.

Voting for the People's Choice Award was held in the gallery and online, and at the end of the exhibition we gave a big congratulations to Elysia Nagel, Alpana Rai and Rebecca Matthews for winning the Art Prize, People's Choice and Framer's Choice Prizes.
