Claire Manchanda

A still life painter from Brisbane, Claire Manchanda primarily paints florals in acrylics, through a practice that explores light and shadows with an emphasis on value and tone.

Claire has painted for many years but began a consistent art practice three years ago. Since then Claire has been a finalist in the Art to Art Melbourne Unearthed Art Prize, Du Rietz Art Awards, and Lethbridge Small Scale Art Award twice as well as exhibiting in a range of group exhibitions.
