Saturday October 10 is World Mental Health Day and we know how tough this year has been, and recognise the impact the pandemic has had on our mental health and wellbeing.
We're lucky enough to be surrounded by original art in the Art to Art gallery which really got us thinking about how living with art can help improve and manage our mental health and headspace. Art has an incredible ability to improve our mental balance, and help alleviate feelings of stress, anxiety, and depression.
Through the lens of colour, we took a deep dive into the effects art can have on us, the emotions it can impart, and the strong links it can have on our emotional state as well.
