Shipping costs
Shipping cost is calculated individually on each item at
checkout, and is based on overall dimensions, weight,
insurance costs and destination. If you would like a custom quote or would prefer to collect directly from the gallery, contact us below to arrange.
Shipping times and methods
We use a variety of trusted shipping partners to ensure you get the best value. Artworks are dispatched within 1 – 5 business days of order or as otherwise agreed. Delivery times vary depending on destination, but are typically within 3 – 10 business days within Australia.
Packaging
All artworks are carefully packed to make sure they arrive safe and sound to your doorstep. Artworks are wrapped in protective materials, such as bubble wrap or foam, and placed in sturdy cardboard boxes or crates. Where possible we use recycled materials in our packaging.
International shipping
We deliver internationally! Contact us for a custom quote for international delivery. Please note it is the buyer’s responsibility to be aware of any customs duties, fees or local shipping charges that may apply.
Returns – our 100%

It’s important to us that you fall in love with your new artwork. However, if for any reason you wish to process a return, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your artwork, and organise return of the piece to the gallery in its original condition.
Your refund will be issued once the goods are received, checked and verified in the gallery. Delivery cost is not refundable.
We make every effort to ensure your artwork arrives safely, however in the rare event that damage occurs, please contact us, and we will work with you to find the best option to resolve your issue.
