When I was young, we would travel interstate to stay with my grandparents, and my grandmother would make lemon and sugar pancakes for us — simple, warm and such a treat. The bright lemons, familiar porcelain and soft folds of linen evoke the comforting rituals of family life and an elegant touch of my grandparents generation. Yesterday is a reflection on the tenderness of childhood memories, and the way the smallest things — a lemon, a treasured bowl, the taste of something made with love — can carry us back to another time." – Libby Lambert
