It's important to us that you fall in love with your new artwork. However, if for any reason you wish to process a return, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your artwork, and organise return the piece to the gallery in its original condition.
Your refund will be issued once the goods are received, checked and verified in the gallery. Delivery cost is not refundable.
We make every effort to ensure your artwork arrives safely, however in the rare event that damage occurs, please contact us, and we will work with you to find the best option to resolve your issue.
