Based in Naarm, (Melbourne) Clare Dubina is a multidisciplinary artist who creates both sculptural and painted artworks, held by collectors both in Australia and Internationally – across New Zealand, United States, Canada and the United Kingdom.

Having achieved a BFA in Printmaking at the University of The Arts, Philadelphia, Clare has also followed various creative roles from fashion photography to visual merchandising. Now focusing on art as a full time career, Clare has collaborated with iconic Australian Brands and been featured in The Design Files and Hunter & Folk.

Clare's artist exploration follows the female figure, in abstraction to its shapes and forms. Through earthy colour palettes, negative space and abstract expression, Clare conveys the essence of femininity in strength, vulnerability, complexity and connection. Clare's process is guided by her mantra of 'Time will tell' allowing her to shift from piece to piece, letting them evolve under her brush in time – colour palettes are revealed through emotion and instinct, as her works are slowly and carefully brought to their completion.
