Queensland artist Tania Blanchard paints from Burleigh Heads on the Gold Coast, where she has created and developed her own signature style.
With canvases intensely layered in impasto dots, she builds up subtle, impressionistic and minimalist scenes, often inspired by her surrounding landscape, and everyday found treasures. Her works have been described as hypnotic, emotional, simply stunning and a fabulous use of colour.
