Tasmanian based Richard Dunlop is a well renowned artist who has been painting and exhibiting for over forty years. With over 43 solo exhibitions and 45 group exhibitions under his belt, he is a well known artist of international reputation who has been a finalist in the Archibald Prize and winner and finalist of various additional art prizes. Richard Dunlop holds PhDs in Philosophy from Art; from the University of Queensland and the Queensland College of art respectively, and it is this philosophical mind underpins his practice.
