Thank you to 4 of our artists who include Jenny Fusca, Joan Blond, Kai Hagberg, and Suzie Thompson that generously donated their artwork to this year’s ‘Wish Upon a Star’ Starlight Five Chefs Dinner in Melbourne. With a total of art donations between the four artists amounting to $7,660 with 100% profits going to the organisation.
Established in 1988, Starlight works closely with health professionals to develop programs that have a positive impact on seriously ill children, adolescents and their families. From one Starlight Wish granted 30 years ago, Starlight is now recognised as an integral part of the Australian healthcare system.
The Starlight Foundation is Australia’s broadest reaching children’s charity helping kids of all ages with any illness, injury or disability right across the country. Starlight is also rated the 5th Most Reputable Charity in Australia. (Australian Charity Reputation Index 2018).
