Lena Baumgartner's colourful abstract compositions make her a top emerging artist at this years Sydney Affordable Art Fair. Having been a finalist in the Art to Art 2022 Unearthed Art Prize, Lena's artworks are striking explorations of colour and emotion that make a great impact on any wall.
An Adelaide based yoga instructor and full time mum turned artist, Lena finds her joy through painting and colour. Her works explore a 'Messy' art style, full of brushstrokes and the tactile texture of paint on canvas in her abstract expressionist style. Containing both flowing brushstrokes that explode across the page, and her newer range of more structured explorations of colour-fields, Lena's works are the perfect larger sized artwork to complement a huge range of homes and decor styles, ranging from soft colour combinations to dramatic showstoppers.
Lena's inspiration comes from the feelings she experiences every day in her life as a full time mum to her young children.
