We're thrilled to announce our first ever Solo Exhibition, featuring Melbourne based artist Donina Asera! Donina's collection, Arpais & Sebrack combines elements of mythology, stories and family history into intriguing, emotional artworks, ready to bring conversation and contemplation into any space.
This collection comprises sixteen stunning medium to large sized artworks taking centre stage in our galleries first room, and is shown alongside our collection of works by 30+ artists displayed in our second room. Join us on opening night – Sept 14th, to immerse yourself in the story told by this collection, with a glass of bubbly, nibbles and the opportunity to meet the artist and hear her speak about her inspiration and process.
Combining soft hues and vibrant saturation, Donina's figures interact on landscapes of textured brushstrokes, repeated motifs and bold, intricate patterns. Each canvas in this series is a window into a larger story, rich in mythology, emotion, connection and relationships.
