Anne Ellison is a self-taught artist who experiments with various styles, enjoying subject matters including florals, abstracts and faces. Anne is inspired by Picasso, Gaugin and modern abstract expressionism, as well as contemporary artists including Regina Noakes, Jai Vasicek, and mural artists. Since her first exhibition in Ballarat in 2015, Anne has sold her works on commission or through private sales, and was awarded the prize for best Still Life at the Daylesford Rotary Show.
