Paul 'Franko' Franklin describes himself as a Full Time Multi Disciplinary Artist working mostly in Abstract Paintings, Urban Pop Art, Classic Pop art, Figurative and Industrial Style Art. Franko's works are almost always big and always textured, and he considers texture to be a hallmark of his style. Franko is one of the top selling artists in Australia and has sold over 6500 pieces which are scattered thru out some 35 countries world wide.
Franko has spent the last 30 years with art as part of my life. Firstly in the graphics industry, and then as an artist working with the brush. From his custom built studio in an area known as the scenic rim in Queensland, Franko paints his works full of colour and texture. He's learnt not to take his art too seriously but hopes it makes people feel something.
